Float bowls with sight glasses are standard on all Demon carburetors. They are light
in weight and possess a better fuel-flow passage than comparable models. The sight
glasses don't discolor with age and the float levels can be adjusted visually. Because
float-level plugs have been eliminated, the risk of fuel spilling on a hot engine
is removed. (Patent #6286817).
Traditional casting methods can produce unwanted ridge lines which
obstruct airflow.
Demon carburetors employ a new die-casting technology, which provides
the most accurate, repeatable method of producing concentric venturii without misalignment
or shift.
Unlike conventional carburetors, the Road Demon features a high-quality,
rugged ribbed-reinforced MaxDensity-cast aluminum baseplate that resists ear breakage.
New Quick-change vacuum pod allows for easy spring adjustment.

boosters in both primary and secondary venturi bores.
Demon float bowls use special 9/16" x 24 TPI inlet fittings.
These are available in standard, filtered or swiveled styles and in sizes of #6 or
#8.
