Float bowls with sight glasses are standard on all Demon carburetors. They are light in weight and possess a better fuel-flow passage than comparable models. The sight glasses don't discolor with age and the float levels can be adjusted visually. Because float-level plugs have been eliminated, the risk of fuel spilling on a hot engine is removed. (Patent #6286817).

Traditional casting methods can produce unwanted ridge lines which obstruct airflow.
Demon carburetors employ a new die-casting technology, which provides the most accurate, repeatable method of producing concentric venturii without misalignment or shift.

Unlike conventional carburetors, the Road Demon features a high-quality, rugged ribbed-reinforced MaxDensity-cast aluminum baseplate that resists ear breakage.
New Quick-change vacuum pod allows for easy spring adjustment.
Inlet kit included at no charge

Styled and calibrated for Street Rods and mildly modified Street Machines and light trucks, the Road Demon™ is an impressive performer. With a remarkably smooth choke tower design, vacuum secondaries and patented air entries, the Road Demon™ offers extremely smooth operation with strong throttle response. The Road Demon™ has the standard Demon carburetor features: Max-Density Cast metering-blocks with adjustable jets and four-corner idle, a billet baseplate, plus large capacity fuel bowls with patented sight glasses for tuning ease.

Available in 625-cfm and the new 525-cfm and 725 models, the Road Demon™ is perfect for small displacement V8s or V6 engines. The Road Demon™ 625 targets mild performance engines from 302 to 400 cid, and rated at 250-350 horsepower. The new 525 Road Demon™ is for V6 engines and small V8s in the 260 to 400 cid range. The Road Demon™ 725 is perfect for stock V8 engines from 350 to 500 cubic inches. This makes them ideal for daily drivers as well as weekend cruising for a wide range of vehicles.

Road Demon 625

Road Demon 625 features downleg boosters in the primary venturi and annular boosters in the secondary venturi. The Road Demon 525 utilizes annular boosters in both primary and secondary venturi bores.
Demon float bowls use special 9/16" x 24 TPI inlet fittings.  These are available in standard, filtered or swiveled styles and in sizes of #6 or #8.
