By working with the known dimensions and other characteristics, new products or improvements to existing products, can be developed and quickly refined. This dramatically shortens the time to bring prototypes into production and assures the highest degree of dimensional accuracy.

Manufacturing at Barry Grant Inc. begins with a well-trained and dedicated workforce. Each step, from the initial machining of raw materials to packaging the finished product, is subjected to a rigorous peer quality control process.

There is no "production line" at Barry Grant Inc. Whether carburetors, nitrous systems, fuel pumps or regulators, all products are manufactured in a manufacturing "cell" environment, where small teams of employees are responsible for the quality production of Barry Grant Inc. branded products.

Product testing is a crutial component of manufacturing quality at Barry Grant Inc. In addition to the step-by-step evaluation of components and assemblies as they pass through the manufacturing process, each finished carburetor, pump, bypass or regulator is placed on a test fixture and operated.

Each carburetor is wet-flowed to assure that each unit responds within the established baseline fuel curve for that model, from closed to wide-open trottle. Each pump, bypass and regulator is also wet-flowed against the baseline operational standards. These bench tests also assure that each carburator, pump, bypass and regulator is leak-free and tightly sealed.

Each step in the design, manufacture and testing of a Barry Grant Inc.-branded product assures that product is ready to deliver exceptional performance when installed on a street car, truck or race vehicle.
